When leading game development teams, or any interdisciplinary team, I always put the team first. This is why as a passionate and inclusive team leader, I strive to ensure that everyone on the team has their voices heard and contributions acknowledged. I also want my teams to perform to the best of their abilities so I value communication, collaboration, and accountability while continuously fostering an inclusive environment where every team member has opportunities to grow. When I am not developing games or working as an Admissions Counselor, you can find me traveling around the world (I have been to ten countries outside of the United States), swimming, biking, chilling at home, and/or cooking.
